Coagulant  

COAGULANT (CG - 131)

PRODUCT USE

CG-131 is a water coagulant used to treat all type of water. CG-131 can be used to remove suspended solids & fluid additives from water base fluids.

DESCRIPTION

CG-131 is a perfect blending of inorganic solution & some other specialty chemicals.

APPLICATION

CG-131 can dewater waste drilling fluids. Can enhance solid control beyond mechanical equipment capabilities. CG-131 produces clear water for safe usage of discharge options. CG-131 reduces liquid transport requirements.

Paraffin Dispersant  

PARAFFIN DISPERSANT (IPD-3320)

PRODUCT USE

A continuous feed of IPD-3320 to prevent deposition of paraffin and other solids in tubing, flowlines, treaters, and stock tanks should be injected at a point which insures efficient mixing of the chemical in the produced fluids.

DESCRIPTION

IPD-3320 is a unique blend of organic surface-active compounds combined with multiple aromatic solvents that are designed to eliminate depositions of paraffin. IPD-3320 is particularly effective in removing accumulated paraffin deposits across the vast spectrum of waxes and since it is also a dispersant, it serves to retain the paraffin in the oil phase. The solvents in IPD-3320 facilitate the dispersion of the paraffinic crystals. IPD-3320 is typically utilized in any surface equipment where accumulations of paraffin occur as well as in flow lines and down hole. It can also be used for tank bottom cleanup, back washing filters, and to promote cleanup during well work over operations.

APPLICATION : Enhanced Oil Recovery

IPD-3320 is generally applied batch-wise by pumping IPD-3320 as the leader followed by a flush of oil or water down the annulus, or in the case of gas lift wells, pumping down the tubing. 15 gallons of IPD-3320 per foot of perforation is the recommended ratio for the treatment.

 
 
 
 
Oxygen Scavenger  

OXYGEN SCAVENGER (OS - 151)

PRODUCT USE

It is an Oxygen Scavenger used to arrest oxygen in sea water.

DESCRIPTION

Oxygen Scavenger is a prefect blending of an active bisulphite solution and inorganic chemicals.

APPLICATION

Oil field chemical and as a reducing agent in caramel, photographic chemical.

OXYGEN SCAVENGER (OS - 152)

PRODUCT USE

It is an Oxygen Scavenger used to arrest oxygen in sea water.

DESCRIPTION

Biocides  

BIOCIDES (IBC - 101)

PRODUCT USE

It is a bactericide for control of mixed bacteria in both aerobic and anaerobic (including sulphate reducers) in fresh water, sea water and low brines.

DESCRIPTION

It is a quaternary ammonium compound based bactericide. The surfactant included increases the effectiveness for a broad sustained action with good penetrating qualities.

APPLICATION

It can be used in batch or continuous treatment. The most economical methods of treatment is batching for three to six hours once or twice a week at 50-200 PMM depending on the severity of the problem.

BIOCIDES (IBC - 102)

PRODUCT USE

It is a highly effective biocide for control of both aerobic and anaerobic bacteria in fresh water, sea water and low brines.

DESCRIPTION

It is a Morpholine based Biocide found to be particularly effective in the on shore / off shore application. The synergistic action insures rapid and complete bacterial kill with decreased likelihood that the bacteria develop a tolerance for the chemical. The ingredients in the BIOC 909 are biodegradable.

APPLICATION

It has an excellent / performance ratio, and may be used either in batch of by continuous injection. Batch treatments of 50 – 200 PPM. It injected for 3 – 6 hours, as needed or as regular maintenance treatments, give economical control of bacteria.

BIOCIDES (IBC - 103)

PRODUCT USE

It is a highly effective microbiocide for control of both anaerobic and aerobic bacteria in fresh water, sea water, or brines.

DESCRIPTION

It is a highly effective potent blend of aldehyde bases found to be particularly effective in the on shore / off shore application. The synergistic action insures rapid and complete bacterial kill with decreased likelihood that the bacteria develop a tolerance for the chemical. The ingredients in it are biodegradable, making the product useable in systems where treated water is to be discharged into the sea. In addition, it does not contribute to foaming, making it highly suitable for sterilization of separators, water injection systems, drilling fluids, gas storage applications, and others. It is compatible with most scale inhibitors.

APPLICATION

Corrosion Inhibitors  

CORROSION INHIBITORS (CI - 121)

PRODUCT USE

CI-121 is a water-soluble film forming organic corrosion inhibitor. CI-121 has very low toxicity and is biodegradable. CI-121 is designed to control internal corrosion caused by dissolved oxygen in oil & gas production systems, water injection systems and pipelines.

DESCRIPTION

CI-121 is a specially designed corrosion inhibitor. CI-121 effectively controls corrosion by dissolved oxygen. It can be used to treat water cut well flow lines, process equipment and oil pipelines. CI-121 is particularly suitable for pipelines application where it will partition predominantly into the water phase ensuring effective treatment of water setting out at low spots. 

APPLICATION

CI-121 should be applied by continuous injection. For water injection systems, typically dosage level will be 10-50 PPM.

OIL LINE CORROSION INHIBITOR (IOCI-3250)

PRODUCT USE

IOCI-3250 is water soluble, oil dispersible organic corrosion inhibitor intended for use in pipeline and production equipment, where production fluid with high water content is present. Being water soluble, it effectively protects water treatment facilities downstream production equipment.

DESCRIPTION

IOCI-3250 is a film forming corrosion inhibitor based on water soluble imidazoline derivative. It is dispersible in sea water, brine and diesel.

APPLICATION

IOCI-3250 can be applied neat or diluted with fresh water or methanol to required strength. For continuous injection, dosage rate is 10-50 ppm typically.

AVAILABILITY

200 Lit HDPE drum or 1000 Lit tote tank.

GAS CORROSION INHIBITOR (IGCI-3520)

PRODUCT USE

IGCI-3520 is a specially designed corrosion inhibitor for crude oil and gas condensate system.

DESCRIPTION

IGCI-3520 is a mixture of filming amines and volatile neutralizers in hydrocarbon solvent. It is efficient for prevention of H2S and CO2 corrosion. The product is freeze stable, non corrosive and can be stored in steel drums.

APPLICATION

IGCI-3520 should be added in concentration of 5-20 ppm when used continuously in crude. It is also suitable for squeeze treatment. When applied to gas/condensate pipelines, the product should be atomized @0.5-1.0 Lit/MMSCF of gas plus 5 ppm on the quantity of condensate.

Demulsifiers  

DEMULSIFIERS (IDE - OS 111)

PRODUCT USE

It is Water in Oil Demulsifier, intended to effectively separate formation water from emulsion in crude oil.

DESCRIPTION

It is a perfect blending of Ethoxylated Block Co-Polymer, Ethoxylated Resin and Alcohol in Aromatic Solvent.

APPLICATION

It should be used neat as supplied and a positive displacement pump is advised for accurate metering. Further upstream the unit, the better mixing with the emulsion of the demulsifier is achieved.

DEMULSIFIERS (IDE - WS 112)

PRODUCT USE

It is a Oil in Water Demulsifier, intended to effectively separate oil from treated water.

DESCRIPTION

DF-141 can be used to remove foam in brines, drilling & drill-in fluids.

POLYELECTROLYTE/DEOILER (DE - 161)

PRODUCT USE

DE 161 is a liquid organic cationic polymer used to remove oil and suspended solids from water. It can be used alone or together with coagulants and flocculants such as iron salts, etc. 

DESCRIPTION

DE 161 is a cationic polyacrylamide based compound.

APPLICATION

DE 161 is suitable for use in air flotation separation, gravity settling and direct filtration. When used in conjunction with standard flocculants, it produces an excellent flock in treatment range 5 – 20 PPM. Proper dosage rates have to be determined for each water. DE 161 may be pre-diluted with water or injected as supplied.

Scale Inhibitor  

SCALE INHIBITOR (SI - 171)

PRODUCT USE

SI 171 has been developed primarily to prevent scale in crude oil production operations. It can also be used to prevent calcium sulphate and calcium carbonate scaling.

DESCRIPTION

SI 171 is a synergistic mixture of chelating agents used to effectively control the scale formation in an oil field. It gives protection from mineral scale deposition even under elevated temperatures and pressure. This product may be introduced into system by continuous injection or by squeeze treatment.

APPLICATION

SI 171 may be injected, on a continuous basis, at 5-50 PPM dosage rates depending on the severity of the problem.

SCALE INHIBITOR (SI - 172)

PRODUCT USE

SI-172 is a synergistic mixture of chelating agents used to effectively control the CaSO 4 /SrSO 4 scale formation in an oil field.
